CampROD is a rugged on/off road folding tent trailer capable of sleeping 4 adults and carrying 1000 lbs of cargo from camping gear to a pair of ATV’s. It’s designed with high ground clearance and low center of gravity. The finished CampROD measures just under 100 sq ft of living space with 7 ft of headroom and an indoor fold-up table that seats four.
It’s all steel chassis features a welded frame made of rectangular tubing with integral LED taillights. The leaf spring suspension and axle are rated at 3,500 lbs. and sport wheels and tires that match your truck so a second spare is not necessary.
The CampROD body is made using a fiberglass over plywood construction technique the make it strong and water resistant.
